Cricket Grant
ACC Cricket Club (ACC) located across Ashfield and Croydon in Sydney’s Inner West is a grateful recipient of a ‘Grant for Grassroots Cricket’ recently awarded by CBA. Ashfield Branch Manager Raghwan Sen and Customer Service Manager Rita Majarich attended the Centenary Park Sporting Fields utilised by ACC at Croydon to make the presentation and as President of ACC I was very pleased to be part of this community event, as were many of our junior players. The money and equipment provided will prove very useful in ensuring ACC continues to offer our many players across mini cricket (U/8’s), our 8 junior and 5 senior teams every opportunity to play and develop in this great game. We always strive to provide access to the game for all comers irrespective of financial standing, and consider ourselves one of, if not the most, multicultural Clubs in Sydney.
On behalf of ACC’s players, parents and supporters I sincerely thank CBA for the support provided on this occasion.
President Norm

“Milo In 2 Cricket” is a non competitive fun summer program for 4 to 10 year olds, which has several easy skill based games that small groups of boys and girls rotate through. This gives children their first experience at cricket with the emphasis on cricket and social skills. The skill based flexible games can be easily modified so that children of differing ages and abilities can play together. Ashfield program runs term 4 & term 1 with a break in December / January school holidays. To register , click on this link.
Play is at Ashfield Park Ashfield on Saturdays 9am -10.30am, starting first Saturday of term 4 school term. Parents are encouraged to participate, so that they can enjoy themselves , as much as their children.
The Juniors registration letter and registration form are located under " Registration Forms " link on the left hand side tool bar.
New players are required to bring a photocopy of the birth certificate or passport.
Senior Registration form is available for download. Please click on " Forms " on the left hand side tool bar.
Many thanks for those people who either coach, manage, score or assist on every Saturday. Without your help, the club would not exist.
